Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) bought bitcoin during the recent dip, according to the latest financial disclosures from the U.S. Senate. The Feb. 4 disclosure revealed that Ted Cruz bought between $15,001 and $50,000 worth of bitcoin. Cruz made a purchase using River on January 25. On the day of the purchase, Bitcoin price was hovering below $37,000.
