According to Odaily Planet Daily, Binance founder CZ posted a message on the X platform, warning crypto projects about the security threat posed by North Korean hackers. He mentioned: "These North Korean hackers are sophisticated, creative, and patient. I've seen/heard of [examples]: 1. They impersonate job seekers and try to get a job at your company. This gets them a foot in the door. They particularly favor development, security, and finance positions. 2. They impersonate employers and try to interview/offer your employees. During the interview, they'll claim there's a problem with the Zoom software and send your employee an "update" link containing a virus that will take over your employee's device. Or they'll give your employee a coding problem and then send some "sample code." 3. They impersonate users and send you a link in a customer support request. The link will contain a downloadable virus. 4. They pay/bribe your employees and outsourcing vendors to access data. Just a few months ago, a major outsourcing service in India was hacked, leaking user data from a major US exchange, resulting in over $400 million in user assets lost. This continues. For all crypto platforms, train your employees not to download files and carefully screen your candidates. Stay vigilant!"
