Mining company Gryphon Digital Mining will go public as part of a SPAC deal with Akerna Corp.Akrena is developing cannabis compliance tracking software.After the transaction is completed, Gryphon shareholders will own approximately 92.5% of the company’s interest, and current Akerna shareholders will own approximately 7.5%.The company will be traded on the Nasdaq exchange.
