Hong Kong-listed company International Commercial Settlement plans to purchase no more than HK$200 million in Bitcoin

Odaily Planet Daily reports that International Commercial Settlement announced that as part of the group's investment in cryptocurrencies and related business development plan, on October 16, 2025, the board of directors resolved to recommend further purchases of Bitcoin within two months from the date of this announcement, at such times and prices as the directors deem appropriate. The total consideration payable for such purchases shall not exceed HK$200 million, an amount determined with reference to the group's financial condition. (Zhitong Finance)
