Peruvian Congressman proposes a bill to regulate cryptocurrency

On January 4th, a bill aimed at providing a legal basis for the cryptocurrency market has been submitted to the Peruvian Congress, and the entire legislative debate required to approve the bill will now be held. The document can be viewed on the official website of the Peruvian legislature and covers all important aspects of the country's growing ecosystem. In addition, the project is called the "Encrypted Asset Commercialization Framework Law" and was proposed by the Peruvian Congressman José Elías Ávalos.
