Polygon network has reached London hard fork block height

On January 18, PolygonScan data showed that the Polygon network has reached the block height of the London hard fork. According to previous news, Polygon will perform a London hard fork upgrade at block height 23,850,000, activate EIPs such as EIP1559, and introduce a burning and destruction mechanism.
