Sberbank will launch a blockchain ETF, with underlying assets such as Coinbase, Galaxy Digital and other large crypto exchanges

On December 30th, the Sberbank of Russia launched a blockchain ETF named "Sber-Blockchain Economy" with a transaction code of SBBE, targeting the performance of major global crypto companies, such as Coinbase and Galaxy Digital. According to the announcement, the Sber blockchain ETF will become “the first ETF in Russia that allows investors to profit on the blockchain market without the need to directly develop, buy, hold, and sell digital currencies.”
