Terraf CEO ordered to comply with SEC subpoena rules related to Mirror Protocol investigation

A New York judge ordered Terraform Labs and its CEO Do Kwon to comply with a subpoena issued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in its investigation of Terra's Mirror Protocol. Terraform filed a motion in December 2021 against the SEC forcing Kwon and Terraform Labs to cooperate with the SEC's subpoena in its investigation of Terra's Mirror Protocol. Terraform and Kwon sued the agency, saying it violated its own rules and the U.S. Constitution's due process clause when it provided services to Kwon last September.
