Tether's new stablecoin, USAT, plans to launch before the end of the year

According to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, Tether held a US launch event in New York for its new stablecoin, USAT. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated the goal of launching USAT before the end of the year. New CEO Bo Hines announced that the new US headquarters will be located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
