The number of active blockchain games has doubled to nearly 400 in the past year

Data tracked by DappRadar shows that there are currently 398 “active” blockchain games, which is a 92% increase from a year ago. "Active" is defined as having at least one active wallet in the game in the last 24 hours. The total number of blockchain games has climbed 71% over the past year to 1,179. The adoption of blockchain gaming is also accelerating. The number of daily unique wallets interacting with game-related smart contracts surged to 1.3 million last year, a 46-fold increase from 28,000 at the end of 2020, according to Massoit.
