The International Committee of the Red Cross is developing blockchain services to distribute aid to people in various conflict zones.To do so, the organization has begun a partnership with Partisia’s Level 1 blockchain.The main goal of the project is to develop a solution that could be an alternative to cash and voucher assistance.If this initiative is successful, the Red Cross will release its own “service steblecoin,” through which people will be able to get help with tokens using the Internet and a smartphone.
