Underwear giant Victoria's Secret files NFT trademark application with USPTO

Well-known lingerie retailer Victoria's Secret (Victoria's Secret) has filed several NFT-related trademark applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, planning to sell virtual underwear, footwear, headwear, eyewear, bags and fashion accessories. The company also plans to organize virtual fashion shows, according to its filing. "Victoria's Secret is entering the virtual world," wrote US trademark attorney Josh Gerben.
