InfinityPools introduction
InfinityPools is a decentralized exchange that offers unlimited leverage on any asset, with no liquidations, no counterparty risk, and no oracles. The InfinityPools protocol is built on Uniswap V3's centralized liquidity Automated Market Making (AMM) primitive. At a high level, the protocol works by having DEX liquidity providers (LPs) deposit their LP tokens into the protocol, which are then aggregated and borrowed by traders looking for leverage. Leverage (loans) is created by liquidating some of the LP's underlying assets to buy more leveraged assets from the trader.
